Terms & Payment Rules.
Plain-language summary of how JEPRA handles quotes, payments, refunds, shipping and your data. The full legal version is available on request.
1 · Scope
These terms apply to any procurement (proxy buy + forwarding) or sales-agency service ordered from JEPRA, by individuals or companies based in the European Union, EFTA or the United Kingdom.
2 · Quotes & pricing
- All quotes include item price, JEPRA service fee and estimated shipping.
- Procurement fee: 5% of item price.
- Sales-agency setup: 150 € + 10% success fee on closed deals.
- Quotes are valid for 7 days unless the underlying listing changes price or sells out.
3 · Payment rules
Procurement: full quoted amount payable after you approve the quote, before we purchase from the seller. Sales agency: 150 € setup payable upfront; 10% success fee invoiced after each closed deal.
4 · Shipping & risk
- Domestic Japan shipping is included in the quote when known in advance.
- International shipping is by EMS, DHL or FedEx with full tracking.
- Risk of loss transfers when the carrier picks up the parcel; we always insure shipments above 200 €.
5 · Returns
- If the item received does not match the seller's listing (defect, wrong model, missing accessories), tell us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will pursue the Japanese seller for a refund or replacement on your behalf.
- JEPRA cannot accept returns for "change of mind" on second-hand items.
6 · Sales agency
The 150 € setup fee covers brief, translation and the first wave of outreach to at least 3 Japanese companies. The 10% success fee is calculated on the first 12 months of revenue per account introduced by JEPRA, and invoiced monthly.
7 · Privacy
We collect only the data needed to fulfil your order (name, address, payment ID). We never sell, share or repurpose your data. Inspection photos of your items are kept for 90 days then deleted.
