Why JEPRA exists.

After watching dozens of European friends and small brands struggle with Japan — language barriers, Japanese-only marketplaces, opaque shipping, and intermediaries that disappear after invoicing — the founder wanted to build the agency he himself had needed.

JEPRA is owner-operated. There is no call centre, no offshore support team, no ticketing system. The person who quotes your order is the person who ships it. That keeps things accountable, fast and personal — and it lets us stay flexible enough to handle requests that bigger services simply refuse: a single second-hand camera, a one-off introduction to a Japanese distributor, a discontinued vinyl, a custom uniform for one shop.

Long-term, the goal is simple: make Japan as accessible to a sole proprietor in Lyon as it is to a large importer in Hamburg.
